By creating an account or using Quelvino, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who May Use Quelvino

Quelvino is intended for use by school administrators, staff, teachers, and parents/guardians in connection with a registered school account. Accounts should not be created by individuals under 18 years of age.

3. School Accounts

The person who creates a school account ("School Owner") is responsible for that school's use of Quelvino, including inviting staff, managing subscriptions, and ensuring accurate information is entered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Quelvino for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to another school
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person

5. Accuracy of Information

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of student, staff, and financial information entered into Quelvino. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data entered by users.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to certain features may require an active subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

7. Data Ownership

Schools retain ownership of the student, staff, and financial data they enter into Quelvino. We act as a data processor on behalf of schools for the purpose of providing the platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Quelvino available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Schools may request closure of their account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quelvino is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quelvino after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
